We are writing to inform you of the new and exciting business developments at Bouquet Garni. After much consideration we have decided to restructure our business to focus on the development of our popular Homemade Food Products. To be exact Bouquet Garni is transitioning from a catering business to a gourmet food specialty company.
As of December 31st, 2005 we will be closing our catering doors. Unfortunately this means that we will no longer be offering on-site or delivery catering services; however this will allow us to fully develop our homemade food product lines.
Bouquet Garni will soon be offering a new range of specialty food products to the general public including our homemade bottled products, pre-packaged fresh hors d’oeuvres and our ever popular homemade baked goods. We will also continue to offer our Gourmet Gift Baskets to our loyal customers.
We invite you to learn about our new products on our new website, which will launch in the spring of 2006. Until then please keep your ears open for soft launches and tastings in early 2006.
This is a very exciting new venture for us and although we have been providing select clients with these products already, we definitely feel that the time is right to start offering our lines to the general public.
